The St. Clairsville Area Chamber of Commerce will once again present the annual Holidays on the Hilltop Christmas Tree Lighting and Parade. The event will begin with the tree lighting ceremony at 6:00 p.m., immediately followed by the parade through picturesque downtown St. Clairsville.
