The cost of lunch will be $15.00 and advanced reservations are required to ensure that we have adequate seating and food for all of our attendees and speakers. Any Walk-Ins will be $20.00.
There will also be a toy drive for the Youth Services System. Please help us bring a smile to a child this Holiday Season!

Speaker: David Hoover
David hoover grew up on a family farm near Newark Ohio and is a graduate of Miami University. He began his career working for a forklift dealer before founding Forklift Training Systems in 1998. He started the company to meet a growing demand for quality, site specific training created by the revised OSHA forklift training standard. He has trained well over ten thousand forklift and mobile elevating work platform operators and many thousands of trainers across the U.S. Mr. Hoover serves as an expert witness in Federal and State cases involving forklift fatalities and serious injuries. Forklift Training Systems clients include companies, such as Scotts, Whirlpool, Amazon and PPG, just to name a few. He currently lives in Central Ohio with his wife and two children.
