Crossroads Counseling Service, Inc. established New Outlook, a halfway house that focuses on the treatment needs of chemically dependent and recovering men, in 1998. It is a 90-day residential treatment facility, staffed 24 hours a day. New Outlook serves residents in Belmont, Harrison and Monroe counties, regardless of their ability to pay, and also contracts with other areas, including the Muskingum Mental Health and Recovery Board.
New Outlook will sponsor a spaghetti dinner on Thursday, October 7 from 4:30 to 7:00 p.m. at the Belmont Gym in Belmont, Ohio. Their goal is to raise money to purchase new books and materials for clients to aid in the recovery process. They are requesting donations of food or items that may be auctioned for the event. Donations are needed by Monday, September 27.
If you have questions or would like to make a donation, please contact Angela L. Freeman at 740 782-1407.
