From Rt 70 (east or west), take the Rt 9 Exit (Exit 216). Turn north on Rt 9 and go to the top of the hill. You will be at the Rt 40 intersection in town. Turn right. The St. Clairsville Area Chamber of Commerce is on the first block, on the right.
