DESCRIPTION:Belmont County Safety Council Meeting - August\n\n\n\nThe second meeting of the FY16 Safety Council Program will be held on Thursday\, August 6 from 12:00 Noon to 1 P.M. at the St. Clairsville Rec Center. The cost of the lunch is $15.00 with advanced reservations or $17.00 at the door for walk ins. We ask that you make a reservation to ensure that we have adequate seating and food for all of our attendees and speakers.\n\n\n\nThe speakers for this meeting will be Justin Green of Source Fitness and Justin Kiger of Mountain River Physical Therapy.  Justin Green grew up in St. Clairsville and is the owner of Source Fitness located off of Route 40. He is a former D1 collegiate athlete\, and has a passion for health and fitness.  After working out at many different gyms\, he felt that  each one was missing a component.  He opened the original Source Fitness in 2010\, and expanded it to a brand new 85-hundred square foot location last June. \n\n \n\nSource Fitness has equipment and guidance for every fitness level\, and also has an on-site physical therapist\, Justin Kiger of Mountain River Physical Therapy.  Justin is a graduate of WVU\, and along with his practice\, he is an adjunct faculty at West Liberty University. Justin works with clients on anything from basic injury rehabilitation to working on imbalances to improve athletic performance.  \n\n \n\n\n\nPresentation Title:  Work It! How a little fitness goes a long way in the workplace.\n\n\n\nJustin Kiger and Justin Green will be speaking about simple ways that employers and employees can use health and fitness to increase productivity and decrease risk of injury   and what a significant impact that can have on a business's productivity and bottom line.
