DESCRIPTION:The First meeting of the FY17 Safety Council Program year will be held on Thursday\, July 14th from 12:00 Noon to 1 P.M. at the St. Clairsville Rec Center. The cost of the lunch is $15.00 with advanced reservations or $17.00 at the door for walk-ins.\n\n\n\nWe ask that you make a reservation to ensure that we have adequate seating and food for all of our attendees and speakers.\n\n\n\n\n\nScott St. Clair\,\n\n\n\nBWC business consultant\, has been with the agency for more than 20 years.  As a regional business consultant\, Scott works closely with large deductible and retrospectively-rated employers. He also partners with chambers of commerce and various business and civic associations to help educate employers on compensation issues and to promote awareness of workers' compensation improvements. In addition\, Scott works with various state agencies to assist with business expansion and retention in Ohio and is also an active instructor with the Division of Safety & Hygiene.\n\n\n\n\n\nScott earned his Bachelor of Science in Human Ecology from The Ohio State University and an Associate of Applied Science in Hospitality Management from Columbus State Community College.
