SUMMARY:Belmont County Safety Council Luncheon October 2016
DESCRIPTION:The Fourth meeting of the FY17 Safety Council Program year will be held on Thursday\, October 6th from 12:00 Noon to 1 P.M. at the St. Clairsville Recreation Center. The cost of the lunch is $15.00 with advanced reservations or $17.00 at the door for walk-ins.\n\n\n\nWe ask that you make a reservation to ensure that we have adequate seating and food for all of our attendees and speakers.\n\n\n\nSpeaker\n\n\n\nBloodborne Pathogens and Your Responsibilities as an Employer\n\n\n\nIntroduction\, facts and parts of an effective employee training\, Exposure Control Plan\, employer responsibilities and some hands on training.\n\n\n\nAmanda Warnock.  I am employed with The Safety Group where we sell an array of safety products.  We also provide safety training and inspections.  I have been with The Safety Group for 5 years.  I teach a many different safety topics\, such as Hazard Communication\, Lockout/Tagout\, Emergency Action Plans\, Fire Safety\, Ladder Safety\, PPE\, bloodborne Pathogens.  I have been certified to teach First Aid and CPR classes through the American Heart Association since 2011.  Through the American Heart Association in have taught over 100 CPR/FA classes and most have included an additional segment on bloodborne pathogens.  I have worked with a variety of different types of business from hotels\, to manufacturing facilities\, to road construction and oil and gas.\n\n\n\n\n\nThe caterer will be Ye Olde Alpha\n\n \n\n	Pulled Pork and Pulled chicken w/ slider buns\n	Fresh green beans\n	Greek Rice\n	Cole Slaw\n	Mixed green salad w/ Ranch & Italian\n	Bread & honey butter\n	Brownies \n	Iced Tea\, Water\, and lemonade\n\n \n\n \n\nTo make reservations\, click on the make reservation button\, call the Chamber Office at 740.695.9623 or email administrator@stcchamber.com.
