DESCRIPTION:Belmont County Safety Council Meeting - September\n\n\n\nThe third meeting of the FY16 Safety Council Program will be held on Thursday\, September 3 from 12:00 Noon to 1 P.M. at the St. Clairsville Rec Center. The cost of the lunch is $15.00 with advanced reservations or $17.00 at the door for walk-ins. We ask that you make a reservation to ensure that we have adequate seating and food for all of our attendees and speakers.\n\n\n\nChief Lance Rice of Cumberland Trail Fire District #4 in St. Clairsville will present "Prevention through Education" \n\n\n\nTopic: Fire safety and emergency preparedness in your workplace. \n\n\n\nLance Rice graduated from St. Clairsville High School in 1992 and attended Hocking College Fire and Emergency Program where he achieved his Firefighter II certification and EMT-Paramedic certification.  Lance has 21 years of experience in the fire and EMS field.  Chief Rice started his service career in 1994 with the Cumberland Fire Department in New Albany Ohio and Neff's Fire Department while they provided service to the Village of Bellaire.  In 2012\, Lance was promoted to Lieutenant.
