The cost of the luncheon will be $15.00 with RSVP and $17.00 for walk-ins at the door.  The luncheon will be held at Belmont College - Horizon Hall.\n\n\n\nThe speaker for the May luncheon will be Bob Ney.\n\n\n\nBorn in Wheeling West Virginia raised in Belmont County Ohio.\n\nAttended Ohio University Eastern for two years\, Graduated from The Ohio State University December 1976 B.S. Education Degree\, Secondary Education Comprehensive Social Studies\n\nTaught English in Iran 1978\n\n1979 Education Program Manager Ohio Appalachia Office\, Governor James A.
