DESCRIPTION:Registration materials will be available in February\, 2016 for participants. Each individual or relay team will do a 400 yard swim\, 25 K Bike course and a 5K run for the Triathlon. The Duathlon substitutes a 3 K run for the swim. Individuals compete in age\, gender and weight categories. Relay teams can compete in a variety of categories including business\, family\, civic club\, combined age groups\, congregation\, etc.
