DESCRIPTION:The Citizens Bank and Riesbeck's will co-sponsor the 19th annual Plaza West Fest on Wednesday\, July 8.  Festivities will begin at 4 pm in the Riesbeck's parking lot in St. Clairsville. With a donation\, attendees can receive free hot dogs\, chips\, Pepsi products and ice cream novelties. Donation buckets will be available throughout the venue with all proceeds benefiting The United Way of the Upper Ohio Valley.  A DOLLAR A DOG is the slogan again this year as we try to surpass our record-setting donation of $3\,600 in 2014.\n\n \n\nAt 7 p.m.\, rock to the sounds of Easy Street\, and at dusk\, enjoy the spectacular fireworks display from American Fireworks.  Washable tattoos and stickers will be provided for the children. Glo necklaces will also be available for $1.00\, with all proceeds going to United Way.\n\n \n\nAdditional support is provided by United Dairy\, Our Family Brands\, The Health Plan\, Nickles Bakery and NAPA Auto Parts.\n\n \n\nMake plans to meet your friends and neighbors at Plaza West Fest on July 8. Rain date is Thursday\, July 9.
