Corks & Forks Sponsorship Deadline

Event Sponsorship Deadline for our popular Corks & Forks Event is June 6th. 

The event will be held from 5:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Thursday, July 10th at Park Health Center in their outdoor garden (dining room in the event of rain).  We will once again feature heavy appetizers by Four to Go, Inc.  Wine selections this year will be provided by Casa di Vino and will consist of six of their popular wines hand selected by our wine aficionado and event committee chair, Steve Fortunato of McKesson Patient Care Solutions and National Rehab Equipment.
