Belmont County Safety Council Luncheon

The Belmont County Safety Council will hold a lunch meeting on Thursday, November 6, 2014 at the J.B. Martin Recreation Center from 12:00 p.m. - 1:00 p.m.  This meeting will serve as the fifth meeting for the 2014-2015 program year.  The cost of lunch will be $15 and advanced reservations are required to ensure that we have adequate seating and food for all of our attendees and speakers.  Any Walk-Ins will be $17.

*****UPDATE ON PRESENTATION: Due to guidelines with the BWC, the scheduled meeting presentation/topic was changed. The speaker Ryan Lippe of the Ohio Attorney General Mike DeWine’s office is still our scheduled speaker. His topic has changed to the CHIPP Program, which focuses on protecting electronic devices and personal information including the special challenges of using smart phones and other useful devices in the workplace.
As a consumer educator, Ryan conducts presentations to groups across the state to teach Ohioans about their rights and how to avoid scams. Ryan also prepares educational materials to advance the Consumer Protection Section's mission of protecting Ohioans from unfair and deceptive business practices and consumer fraud. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Communications, summa cum laude, from Ohio University.

Ye Olde Alpha will be catering a menu of Blackened chicken, Chimichurri sirloin, Grilled vegetables, Greek rice, Mixed green salad w/ Ranch & Italian, Bread & honey butter, Fresh fruit, Iced Tea, Coffee, and water.

If you have e-mailed your reservation and you do not receive a response, please try again as a confirmation email signifies that we have received your reservation.  To help us give the caterers adequate information to plan, please call, fax or e-mail info@stcchamber.com your reservation to the Chamber office as soon as possible.  Changes can be made up to Tuesday, November 4th.  We must invoice any reservations made and not canceled by Tuesday, November 4th, will be invoiced at the full luncheon fee to cover cost of catering.  Even if you have prepaid for lunches for the year, please make a reservation.

Please remember that your CEO must attend any one of the twelve meetings in the program year and must sign-in as the on the CEO line.
